Partnerships Analyst

About the Role

You will be the bridge between partners, clients and internal delivery teams ensuring that partnerships translate into high-quality scalable solutions..

Responsibilities

  • Serve as partnership contact for client organizations
  • Translate client needs into delivery requirements for LMS, eLearning content, training, and productivity solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage relationships with certifying bodies (Microsoft, AWS, NEBOSH, etc).
  • Manage a network of certified instructors.
  • Support client-facing discussionsand delivery of productivity solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally with partners and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Information Systems, HR or related field
  • Professional qualifications in coaching, learning certification or project management are an advantage
  • 2-3 years' experience in training services, learning and development or education providers

Skills and competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
